The organization strives to foster individual behavior change while advocating for systemic shifts in policies and practices to create a more supportive environment for youth-led and women’s development. Additionally, Copper Rose aims to enhance the capacity of other organizations to effectively engage with and address the needs of young people, promoting inclusivity and prioritizing women’s concerns in their policies and endeavors.
